Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days within Chennai and 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery is available in select pin codes within Chennai.
We calculate delivery charges dynamically based on the distance between the closest pharmacy stocking your items and your delivery address. You can view the live fee estimation on your cart and checkout pages.
Yes. Insulin, vaccines, and other cold-chain products are dispatched in insulated packaging with temperature monitoring to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
Absolutely. Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track in real-time from Profile > My Orders.
